My name is Antonia. I am a Naturopathic Herbalist.

Herbal medicine has always been a way of life in my family. My grandmother was a herbalist, and both myself and my daughter are herbalists. I have been in practice since 2004 and bring many years of knowledge and understanding in a range of different modalities.

My story… I was very sick with so many symptoms such as chest pain, heart palpitations, brain fog, anxiety, aching all over, joint pain and terrible insomnia.

I consulted many Doctors and natural therapists and I did get some help along the way. However I couldn’t get any real answers. I had so many tests which found nothing conclusive and on top of it all many Drs and practitioners told me it was all in my head.

As sick as I was, I had to figure things out for myself and after many years of trying, I did.

Finding the answers to my own health issues has given me a powerful intuitive insight and determination to find the real cause of the many chronic health problems my clients face.

My special interest is in chronic illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Lyme-like health conditions. I find it inspiring and amazing to observe the capacity the human body has to heal itself even after many years of chronic ill health.  Often all that is needed is to create the right conditions and provide the right tools.
